The authors can choose to submit their article via regular mail or via website. If it is your first on-line submission, click here to create your account and submit your article. If you would like to send the manuscript by regular mail, please follow the steps described below:

• Each manuscript is to be submitted as an original with four copies, four sets of illustrations and a disk or CD containing all manuscript saved (Text should be saved in Word document and the figures should be saved in Corel Draw, JPG or TIF document with high resolution - 300 dpi - or presented in glossy photographs or as high-quality laser prints on bond paper).

• For submission to Letters to the Editor, Clinical Infectious Diseases Images or the Editor’s Corner, an original and one copy are required.

• All articles should be followed by a cover letter.

• The manuscripts should be sent to Carlos Brites, Editor-in-Chief, and to the Editorial Office of The Brazilian Journal of Infectious Diseases.
